Welcome to Whitestone Wellness! We’re glad you’re here.

Appointments with Dr. Kate are offered 2 ways:

  1. Virtually through secure video link, making it easy to receive care from anywhere in Ontario, or
  2. In-person on Thursdays in Whitestone, ON (near Parry Sound) for patients who prefer to be seen in clinic.

NEW PATIENTS

To view available appointment times, please select an Initial Visit from the list on the left.

If you do not see a time that works for you, you are welcome to join the waitlist or contact our clinic assistant Lalaine at support@whitestonewellness.ca, and we will do our best to help find a time.

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with intake forms and instructions to help you get started.

EXISTING PATIENTS

Follow-up appointments are now arranged directly through the clinic rather than through the online booking system. The timing of follow-up visits can vary depending on your treatment plan, lab results, and overall progress. For this reason, follow-ups are scheduled directly through the clinic to ensure appointments are spaced appropriately and that adequate time is reserved for your care.

Dr. Kate Morrison, ND ND

Dr. Kate is a licensed naturopathic doctor and founder of Whitestone Wellness, providing integrative naturopathic care to patients across Ontario.

With nearly two decades of experience in natural medicine, she focuses on helping patients understand the root causes of their symptoms and supporting long-term health through evidence-informed naturopathic care. Her clinical interests include hormone health, perimenopause and menopause care, digestive health including SIBO, and personalized wellness strategies designed to restore balance and vitality.

Dr. Kate is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She obtained her prescribing authority in 2025, allowing her to integrate prescription therapies when appropriate alongside naturopathic treatment.

Whitestone Wellness offers secure virtual care across Ontario, making it easy for patients to access support wherever they live.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kate enjoys the quiet rhythm of northern Ontario life — spending time outdoors, tending gardens and orchards, and crafting botanical tinctures that reflect her long-standing interest in herbal medicine.
